Naomi Nachman, known as the “Aussie Gourmet”, is a chef, caterer, food writer and host of the popular radio show Table for Two on the Nachum Segal Network. And now, she has launched her debut cookbook to help you make your Passover meals easy and delicious.
In Perfect for Pesach: Passover Recipes You’ll Want to Make All Year, Naomi shares her creative collection of popular recipes from more than two decades of cooking and catering for Pesach. Naomi’s recipes, a couple of which I’ll link to below, use innovative flavour combinations that contain ingredients easily accessible in local supermarkets and stores.
Perfect for Pesach features over 125 easy, delicious recipes, with beautiful photographs by kosher blogger and cookbook author, Miriam Pascal. You’ll also find helpful freezer tips, how-to information, plus recommendations for basic kitchen equipment.
