The violence continued to escalate in Israel Thursday, and while the majority of terrorist attacks have been isolated to West Bank and Jerusalem, there have also been stabbing attacks in Tel Aviv, Petach Tikvah, and Kiryat Gat.

Hours after a yeshiva student was stabbed in Jerusalem early Thursday morning, and after five were lightly injured in a stabbing attack near Tel Aviv’s busy Azrieli Mall, a 25-year-old man was stabbed in the back outside the settlement of Kiryat Arba, near the West Bank city of Hebron.

Israel’s Channel 2 reports that the man was seriously injured in the attack, the third terrorist attack of the day, and that the suspect remains on the loose.

On Wednesday, a reported six terrorist attacks were perpetrated against Israeli citizens.

According to Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics, the man was taken to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek hospital for treatment. MDA head Eli Bin commented that his “life is in danger.”

The Palestinian suspect reportedly fled the scene following the attack for Hebron; the IDF are currently in pursuit. Days ago, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he would be installing security cameras throughout the West Bank in a bid to "restore security" in the area.

According to JNS, both Hamas and Islamic Jihad have praised the terrorist attacks that have recently transpired throughout the country, calling on more Palestinians to do the same.
