ANTI-CLOTTING  TROUBLES

Jewish General Hospital Lady David Institute’s Dr. Sammy Suissa reports in a study published in  Thrombosis and Haemostasis that combinations of anti-clotting drugs, particularly with warfarin, raise the risk of serious internal bleeding. The study involved a “large population-based cohort” newly diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
