U.S.: Controversial right-wing extremist/musician Ted Nugent blamed Jews for pushing gun control in a Facebook post (really?), former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg confirmed that he’s considering a run for president (looks like there may be two Jews vying for our affection this year), Republican hopeful Ted Cruz has been promoting an endorsement from evangelist Mike Bickle (famous for saying that God sent Hitler to hunt down Jews for not accepting Jesus as the messiah), a U.S. professor recently told students that Israel assassinates teenagers and harvests their organs (righttttt……), and the Forward ran a profile on the man selling campaign yarmulkes, regardless of who you’re voting for.

Sikh actor and fashion designer Waris Ahluwalia was barred from boarding a flight to New York (for fashion week) after refusing to remove his turban. In other fashion week news, it appears the tallit (Jewish prayer shawl) has become quite the trending accessory:

Israel: An Israeli jogger was wounded after a Palestinian attacker stabbed him (a manhunt is still underway), European MPs have slammed Israel’s controversial “NGO Bill,” a former Palestinian peace negotiator asked the West if Arabs have to “hijack your planes and destroy your airports again” to get them to care about Palestinians, an Arab lawmaker rationalized that “if Israel wasn’t occupying the West Bank, Palestinian kids wouldn’t need to kill Jews,” religious haredi Jews attacked the Israeli military after arriving to arrest an army deserter, toppling a police vehicle, and a Jewish activist was arrested after singing Israel’s national anthem, HaTikvah, on the Temple Mount.

The IDF chief of staff said Israeli is searching for every possible solution to the terror tunnel problem, a Bahraini princess reportedly opted to undergo life-saving surgery in Israel as opposed to the United States, rumours abound that Madonna, Beyoncé, and Britney Spears will all perform in Tel Aviv this summer, and TEDx is confirmed to be coming to Tel Aviv next week, featuring Tevye himself (a.k.a. An alleged suicide bomber on a Somali plane was sucked out of the aircraft after his bomb went off, a new report claims that members of ISIS and the Taliban were on noted anti-Israel advocate George Galloway’s 2009 convoy to Gaza (Galloway recently trolled The CJN on Twitter after we noted that he’s boycotting cultural Israeli festivals that have nothing to do with Israeli policy), and Tablet investigates into why Malaysia is one of the most anti-Semitic countries on earth.
