Jewish comedian and Vancouver native Seth Rogen is the new voice of TransLink BC, Vancouver’s public transportation system. “Any opportunity to enrich the lives of the Canadian people is an opportunity I will take,” Rogen said.

More than 200 Israeli rabbis published a letter on Thursday criticizing LGBTQ groups for employing “aggressive terror accompanied by non-stop media brainwashing,” and for turning “perverts into heroes.” The letter was triggered by Sunday’s LGBTQ demonstrations in Tel Aviv in response to the new government legislation, which denies gay couples the right to surrogacy.

Israel’s Culture Minister Miri Regev attended the event virtually and was booed as usual for her efforts to impose her political preferences on the industry.

A former teacher who has expressed racist and white nationalist sentiments wants to be the next mayor of Hamilton, Ont. Paul Fromm, 69, who described himself in a YouTube video as a “populist and a white nationalist,” filed his nomination papers on July 20.
