Investigators with the York Regional Police Hate Crimes Unit are looking for witnesses, after anti-Semitic graffiti was discovered on a garage in Vaughan, Ont., on Saturday morning.

The words “Watch UR Self” and a swastika were scrawled on a home on Stratheden Lane, in the area of Dufferin Street and Major Mackenzie Drive, according to a news release from York Regional Police. The incident is believed to have occurred on Friday between 6 and 11:45 p.m.

Investigators are asking people in the area who may have video or dashcam footage to call police at 1-866-876-5423 ext. 7441, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-22- TIPS.
